What if the information shows there is a problem

Q. What if the information shows there is a problem?

A. Your child’s head of year will talk to the special educational needs coordinator (SENCO) who will then look into things in more detail. The SENCO will then invite you into school for a chat. Most problems are sorted out at this stage. If your child has a particular learning issue he/she will be added to the school’s special needs register. This stage is called school action.
